Nolan Myers - TCGen CEO

Nolan Myers is the CEO of TCGen, where he helps organizations accelerate innovation and deliver better products to market faster. His path blends art, science, and technology — from playing violin at a performing arts high school in Houston to building products used by millions. A Harvard-trained computer scientist, Nolan has spent his career at the intersection of creativity and engineering, helping teams turn ideas into elegant, impactful products.
Early in his career, Nolan product managed an education platform used by half of California’s public schools, where teachers replaced Scantron tests with low-cost digital tools that revealed real-time insights into student performance. The system gave educators visibility into class trends and individual needs.
He later led the creation of interactive digital textbooks for the iPad, bringing learning content to life through animation and touch. That work evolved into a collaborative publishing platform that became the backbone for major publishers like McGraw-Hill and Pearson, and enterprise teams at Starbucks and McDonald’s. Nolan holds three patents for innovations that redefined how organizations create and manage digital content at scale.
As Founder and CEO of DoubleGDP, Nolan built a global, all-remote team spanning Africa, Asia, the U.S., and Latin America. The company helped new cities operate efficiently and serve residents through its end-to-end platform — while pioneering radical transparency through a public handbook and sprint updates shared on YouTube.
Now at TCGen, Nolan brings these experiences together to help product and engineering teams build clarity, coordination, and innovation. He loves bringing together the talents of cross-functional teams, with well-honed processes, to create valuable and profitable products.
A believer in craftsmanship in all forms, Nolan continues to explore how art, science, and technology intertwine — whether through cooking, cycling, or studying how AI can augment human creativity.
