About Nolan & TCGen

We have the experience to help you make better decisions faster.

Nolan Myers has been a CEO startup who built a highly effective 25-person team spanning 8 countries and time zones (and 3 continents!). He’s scaled operations between US- and India-based teams that increased scale by 100x and achieved five-nine quality standards. He invented and holds three patents on a product that brought in tens of millions of ARR and became the backbone of a digital transformation for most major US publishers and were widely deployed at Starbucks, McDonald’s and Whole Foods. He built a product that was utilized by over half of the public school students in California. He’s led teams as a CEO, VP of Customer Success, Operations, and Product.

Most importantly, he’s learned many ways to help people from a wide background of experiences and cultural expectations to form into cohesive and effective teams. Trained in the Co-Active leadership development model, he currently coaches startup founders and product leaders looking to feel more confident and get results faster.

The TCGen partnership allows us to pull from experience of several TCGen principals, each of whom as held c-level positions, and who collectively have led change with leading companies, including Apple, Amazon, Manscaped, Roche, and many others.
