Her career speaks for itself having been involved in creating several strong engineering organizations from various industry backgrounds such as internetworking, storage, security, internet and enterprise software. Some of the companies she has assisted include Google, Cisco, Nokia, Oracle, BlueCoat and a myriad of startups that have grown into very successful operations. She is regarded as a trusted advisor to her clients and passionate about partnering with these engineering leaders to build world class engineering organizations. Her clients look to her to deliver the best in class talent, in a timely manner to help them meet their goals and deliverables. Her biggest attribute is working with some of the best companies and engineering talent in the Valley. She graduated from Chico State University with BA in Organizational Communication and a Minor in Business Administration.
