Edie Goldberg, Ph. D.

Edie Goldberg, Ph.D. has over 25 years of consulting experience in change management, human capital management and organizational development.  She has worked with over 50 companies in a wide variety of industries including start-ups, for profit, not-for-profit, public, and private companies.  She has helped organizations undergo significant organizational and cultural change to achieve business objectives, staff new organizations following a merger or acquisition, and helped organizations redesign their structures to enable future growth and strategic shifts in their business.

Edie has a proven track record of helping organizations reduce costs, gain competitive advantage, and make strategic cultural changes that enable business goals to be achieved.

She has written articles and presented at conferences in the areas of career management, performance management, building management capability, employee retention, total quality management and organizational change. She earned her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Albany, State University of New York, and her B.A. and M.S. from San Diego State University.   She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the American Psychological Association.  She is the Vice-Chairperson of HR People & Strategy.
